Red and white till I die
Was actually thinking that the player that was meant was Scott Direen - who actually went and played with Norwood. He was originally from Tassie
However in searching for Scott Direen I found the following draft listing for 1992/3 with a Scott Robinson
http://www.comcen.com.au/~weaver/draft92.html
Would still suggest he never played a senior game?
Red and white till I die
No. I got that info from our Numbers DB.

He's not on the AFL Tables site, either. Looks like wedge.maverick added him to our list. He used old records, so he must not have played senior footy.
This from AFL.com:
Name: Robinson, Scott
Number: 32
Height: 188
Weight: 78
DOB: 26-02-1971
Debut: -
My mistake re Scott Robinson. The records seem to be right, i.e. he got drafted in 1992, may not have come over 'til '94 (as was the fashion at the time), stayed just a year and didn't play a senior game. 'Tweener-sized defender with a slightly stiff running style, if I remember rightly.
I think I'd confused him w/ Scott Direen, who played a lick over 50 games for Sydney 1993-97, and as has been rightly noted, went the other way. He went on to play for Norwood right through to 2004. Great servant of the club. Thanks Swans!
PS Stephen Doyle is still out on the track doing full training, seemingly without fracturing, tearing or breaking anything. Touch wood. Let's enjoy these things while they last.
Earl Shaw to Central District (joining former Swan Andrew Hayes)
