I want to know if his name is Sonny or Bill or is it because his old man always called him sonny as in sonny jim, or is it his real name as in Jamie Lee or Mary Sue etc.

I am really confused because he always calls himself Sonny Bill instead of I or me. Strange little man who seems to blame everyone else for his wealth. But it's not about money you know.
