A match to look forward to - hope our new boys have a good solid run. Interesting that we are fast-tracking Pyke. May partly be due to his age and the need to give him game time, but I imagine it also means that they think he is doing the basics OK, at least for a go at this level. Onya Mike!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Also for Satchmo. Looks like Laidlaw will be playing. Fingers crossed he pulls through OK!

good big men are hard to find.....even if he doesn't know the game too well he will certainly help out in defence if he can mark.....looking forward to his contribution.

... it's a five minute cameo role. We don't want him damaged before H&A.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Looks like a massive unit. The thing I really like is that he's extremely fast for his height.

You have to be pretty quick to run the length of a rugby field against the All-Blacks without getting caught.
