Buddy was slung a full 360 the week before, but because he's Buddy and a goal came from it, the three blind mice let it go ...

The worst part was that he actually blows his whistle for the free almost the moment that rioli grabs hold of him. Forget the 360 degrees , the umpire had made up his mind before Mal was even slung around and that in itself is very bad umpiring.

How did we lose the game? Most people seem to say "WE LOST IT" rather than the Hawks won it. So a couple of stuff ups and Goodsey not on song (2G 5pts) and there goes the game! With top efforts ,good umpiring and great defence,we should have won this one.

Both Hanners and Mummy made the AFL's team of the week. (Though if Stratton made it, mostly for shutting Goodes down, surely Smith should also be in it for a similarly effective role on Hodge??)

How did we lose the game? Most people seem to say "WE LOST IT" rather than the Hawks won it.

Then "most people" got it completely wrong. The Hawks could of iced the game in the first quarter if they kicked straight. And again they missed numerous easy shots in the last quarter which kept us in it.

We never looked good enough to win this with the exception of maybe the last 3 min. Even then i thought we would lose. If the Dorks had kicked straight they would have won by 6 goals.
