It’s certainly become very targeted in the media at Heeney only

information being passed on in some capacity

As a few have mentioned so far these are allegations and no charges as yet

An adult entertainer who was in a Melbourne hotel room with Sydney Swans players in the early hours of Monday morning says she wants justice to be served.

Not worth the brain power to try and decipher it all until such point that there is genuine clarity coming from the investigation itself.
Club had to know it was coming when they jumped the gun on a ridiculous sanction.

Carbon lawyer said alot without saying @@@@all, usual lawyer speak. Talk of emotions, feelings, degrading, all reasonable open ended commentary but will not necessarily result in a crime.

We have invited all this BS by not simply saying, we will wait for the outcome of the investigation.

I'd agree. Acknowledge the problem, show genuine contrition, take ownership at the most senior level, over correct- not saying whether or not they have over corrected there, but if those are some of the crisis management tenants then I thought Callum did that well on behalf of the playing group. He spoke well and did seem genuinely shocked and willing to work on the issue.

You want to see two people speak well, check out O'Riordan and McEvoy. Deeply impressive.

For the umpteenth time, the sanctions have nothing to do with the criminal case.

Thanks for sharing that, I hadn't seen it and it gave me a lift. They both were impressive- I really appreciated Colin's empowering language describing our AFLW players as strong and powerful whilst acknowledging their right/need to feel safe and supported.

Yep - and I thought she walked an incredible line between expressing legitimate disappointment at what has occurred and defending what she sees as good about the club.

I agree Colin was superb and so was McEvoy.
I thought Mills was excellent too.

Real test for everyone. Hope there is a spring in their step on the weekend with a nearly full house.

Yes, I just watched that and I was here to post the link. Both come across as very sincere and intelligent. I got the impression that the statement from Colin, was something that he'd worked on for a while, with only the barest minimum of input from lawyers and spin doctors.

....and then get absolutely smashed by EVERYONE for not taking quick action by hiding behind a 'legal matter'.

You really don't seem to understand how society works these days.

Like it or loathe it, it's just the way things are. We don't live in the 80's anymore.

The club are looking at the big picture....rather than being myopic. Try it.

Here is a link to Party Girls Melbourne, the service hired by those poor carpenters at the Pullman Hotel: https://www.partygirlsmelbourne.com.au/

You might find it interesting to see what kind of offerings they have and what customers might expect.

They guys thought they had called "Poetry Girls Melbourne", where Librarians will come to your room and read you a bedtime story until you fall asleep. All just a little misunderstanding. The guys must have been shocked by the unruly behaviour of these librarians and may have thought they deserved a spanking.

                            Still confused

So why have Swans threatened legal action for misinformation?

All fact for all 5 is it ?
                            Case closed well done
