I’m not sure those players’ judgement is particularly valid. From what they’ve shown so far. But like everyone else, I’d love for this matter to be resolved quickly, despite Vic Police saying the next significant announcement would be 8 weeks away.

Almost 3 weeks and all we have heard is they stay back after a 4 am curfew. No other charges. We have lost Blakey and now Chad Warner wants out. well done Board members by kneeling down to media pressure you have destroyed this club for the next five years.

They sanctioned the players in two days.....how much 'media pressure' was possibly applied in two days? They did what reasonable people, ie: most of our fans, expected. Then a sad minority got hysterical.

AFL pressure, Corporate Pressure, Sponsors pressure, Board members pressure, Supporters pressure may have been significant.

Warner if leaving will leave for the money. He won’t get endorsement deals in the future at Swans. He was never a guarantee to stay.

Blakey will go as he was thinking of going long time ago. He did not and will not stay because he loves the club.

we should match Warner deal with west coast or wherever he is planning to go and get hefty compensation. We will have the money. Nothing less than 3 first round picks.
We should ask 3 first round picks for Blakey.

Jordon - probably will leave too. Replaceable.
Bice - unsure if there will be takers.

The "media" pressure will see us let them depart for cents in the dollar and members will be happy as it is for our "culture"
