This is one Swans supporter who wouldnt be grovelling over him. He's not just a dickhead, he's a lowlife and I would hope the Swans stay well away from him.

I really think the facts are that our current list regardless of the improvement in younger players is at best going to have us hovering around the 8.

Kerr is a class midfielder who is still well and truly in his prime and we would all remember how he carved us up in both grand finals (even when he was injured in the first one).

So as a club we need to decide whether we think we can become a top 4 side by adding kerr and losing someone like okeefe or do we need to rebuild, the only way to rebuild is via top draft picks. Okeefe, Mcveigh, Jolly, Goodes, Vezpremi (maybe) would be the only players we have that would generate a first round pick. Mcveigh & Jolly are still young enough that they are capable of still be quality players in 5-6 years. Goodes is a champion and his trade value is massively down on what it would be if he was fit and firing. vezpremi is one of our future stars and is untouchable ... especially given I still doubt clubs would be willing to trade a pick inside the top 10.

I think we have to follow the hawthorn model as much as we can, they traded off older players when there value was high. A club like Carlton is desperate for a forward to take some of the pressure off Fevola. Okeefe would be a perfect fit for them and I think they would definitely give us pick 6 (or whatever draft pick they have) and maybe another draft pick as well. I think we should definitely do that, then we need to decide whether we want to on trade that with out first round pick for kerr. I think either way we will be setting ourselves up for a better chance at a flag in the next 5 years.

Why do I laugh at comments like this? I know I shouldn't but I did.

Just like boys always point and laugh when another kid gets hit in the family jewels and is doubled over in excrutiating pain. I asked them why and they just laughed again at the description of where the kid was hit. One of life's mysteries!!!!!!!

Seeing Kerr on stage last night was embarrassing. He would give Cathy Freeman a run for her money when it comes to speaking.

Agree 100%. I've already stated my position on (Wan)Kerr, Cous, and Judd the Dudd. But you've just reminded me how much I despise (c)Hunter and Chicken McNugget. What is it about Hunter's head that makes me wanna vomit blood?

While we're on the subject, is it just me or is Quentin 'throw down the glove' Lynch the biggest shot for goal tosser since Lloyd? If Lynch can't kick with a glove on, then why the Hell is he wearing one in the first place? Idiot.

This news about Judd quitting the Eagles has made my day. I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy the show as the Eagles implode. Judd clearly wants out because he knows the culture at that club is beyond redemption. No surprise really when you consider the fact that Worsfold is one of the greatest ego-merchants going around.

Judd's gorn. I suspect Cousins will quit in the next 12 months. And with any luck Kerr will be in jail this time next year. Man, I love football.

It's interesting that there are 9 pages on Kerr coming to Sydney when the likelihood of that happening is zilch.

Seems too many people are grieving over last weeks loss. Cry it all out and get on with the cricket season!
