I got the letter from Richard Colless apologising for the confusions and stuff-ups and bugs in the system ... about two days after getting a letter noticing that I "hadn't renewed my membership this year" and the club misses me and hopes I come back, and would I want to buy the three-game pass to ANZ Stadium.

... so, erm, yeah, I suppose a few bugs are in the system ...

What does it matter if Baron-Hay was pushed or chose to jump. He was responsible for approving the new systems and therefore resignation was his only option - he is an honorable man.
Richard Colless has done an outstanding job as UNPAID chairman - he deserves to be the first person inducted to the Swans Hall of Fame. If he pushed Baron- Hay then he was simply doing his job as chairman of our club. Good onya Richard - keep it up.

I rceived a letter and replied unfortunately to Feedback.
all I get is a auto reply letting me know Marketing man has moved on from 15 June and all info goes to Myles.

So I will be putting pen to paper and all my thoughts re membership and prices direct to Richard Colless.

That is where the comments should be directed for the next membership drive not what happened and problems to Myles.

It is not for Myles to fix now. He is moving on.

Agree with you. Apart from Manuka Geelong is the ground I dislike the most in the league. It is always freezing cold rainy, the seats are cramped.And the atmosphere is comatose at best. Oh and i have never seen us win there, ever.

Would love to play Essendon in Melbourne once again.

Manuka is a great ground, Sleepy Hollow ground just sucks. In the last 4 years we have had to play at that hole every year. One of the reasons we reduced our membership to supporter status.

I am with you Hilly. The only time I have not gone to a game has been due to a broken leg, a slipped disk, and being banned by the others because I had a major case of the nasties which for some reason didn't want to share with me.

If Ihadn't gone I woulda missed some of the bestest games of all!!! And there were plenty of others at the ground as well. A small crowd is 20,000 for pete's sake! That is not to be sneezed at!! Tishu. Honestly sometimes I think the moaners think only the caretaker and his dog have turned up!

I think there should be a clause in everyone's membership that if you don't attend games when
-they are at Homebush
-it is too cold
-it is too windy
-it is too far
-it is getting ominously cloudy
-it is on the other side of Cleveland St
-it is live on TV
-beer is expensive
-they don't have many selections of White Wine

that you don't get Grand Final tickets. You know it may rain on GF final day you know. Melbourne in September can be rather bleak,you realise.

What a load of vitriolic rubbish. I've supported the Swans for 33 years (since 1976) through plenty of thick and plenty of thin. If you don't mind....I'll decide when, where and how I watch games.

I respected, to the oint of being scared of him at times. I did something dumb & he rang me up on the phone and not only blasted me but threatened to tear up my membership. Needless to say I was as quiet as a mouse after that.

You are kidding right or is this a cheer squad thing? Why the hell would you put up with any crap from a swans club administrator. You're the member for Christ's sake.

OMG! This is genuinely tragic news & will be the biggest mistake since the club got rid of conditioning coach Dave Misson.

Maybe a quibble, but the club did not "get rid of" Misson. He left of his own free will because his wife landed a prestiguous job in Melbourne.
