Another brain dead puppet. Media lie all the time. Don't remember they said the Swans players will face serious sexual charges. If It was that serious why did the police not even bother interviewing them.👎 2👍 1Comment

Because they are not yet at a point they are ready to interview them. I explained that above and its normal practice on any serious charges that they usually won't interview suspects until they've got through evidence gathering and talked to other people first. Its only 9 days since the incident - it could be months yet until they are formally interviewed and it wouldn't be unusual.
The question from Liz was in regards to the Blakey wanting a trade request, not the rest of your diatribe."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

Lachie Neale literally has 2 women talking about his infidelity and another stirring the pot about being with him, yet his club isnt so stupid to talk about him bringing the game into disreputeFor the umpteenth time - the club has made clear the sanctions on players only relate to the point up to the events in the room, not the events in the room itself. This from the letter that Pridham and Pavlich sent last week.
"Five players have been found by the Club to have breached the Club’s expected standards of behaviour. This determination, and the resultant decision not to consider selecting these players for the balance of season 2026, including finals, relates specifically to their actions post-match and in the early hours of Monday morning.
Importantly, our determination that the players have breached our expected standards has been undertaken in isolation of a separate investigation by Victoria Police in relation to an alleged sexual assault. We stress that no player has been charged."
The bird he cheated with is doing cash grabs about the story and because she isnt shaking him down, its an ok image.

Fair dinkum. If you think that is in any way similar to the Swans incident, then you are beyond help.

Lol when you talk about 3/4s of the competition's players over the course of a year, invariably you will get some 'hits' lol. Doesn't make it any more reliable than any other source."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

The Swans sanction for the "incident" does not consider the Police charges, so yeah, Lachie Neale is worse.
1 cheated on his wife and has been in the news ever since, the others broke some team rules
I hope the Brissy AFLW are ok about being around him, the guy literally had a photo in the middle of the MCG alongside both women on Grand final dayComment

Lol completely delusional UU.
Show us where Neale breached standards while travelling for his club as part of whatever went on in private with his wife and whoever else?
A truly private matter that, as publicly as it has been played out, has nothing to do with his club.
Keep digging - you'll reach China with your nonsense soon enough.Last edited by mcs; Yesterday, 09:38 PM."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."👍 1Comment

A good short summary on the legal/criminal investigation side of this all, which gives a good clear idea as to process/approach. Yes he states it will likely be fast tracked given high profile nature, but I'd still think there is a fair amount of time likely until we get anywhere a resolution of whether charges will be laid etc.

Thanks for sharing this link, mcs. It clarifies a lot of the legal aspects involved in such a case.
A very good point made is that regarding the mental health of the players. Much of the media had them hung, drawn and quartered within a few minutes of the complaint being made public and the fall for a couple of them at least is absolutely massive. Humiliation, loss of confidence from teammates and the club, dollars, the chance to win a premiership, relationship damage; these young men will be in a bad way and the risk of self-harm will be something else the club needs to consider. Tragic on so many levels.👍 2Comment

Protecting and backing your own is not a new concept, especially without an investigation completed.
Piling it on appears to be the order of the day, very disappointing from the clubComment

Been a Swans fan for over 40 years and a member since 2015. Over that time you get to know people working at the club. There is 99% chance Blakey is gone plus one other. I just hope they can work out a solution with the other 3 players.Comment
